Below are the results from my annual diversity audit. As a reminder, I perform this audit to examine how I represent BIPOC creators via the interviews and reviews on this site. Here are this year's results, and you can see previous years' diversity audits here.
A quick note that the number of reviews in general has gone down in the last year (busy, busy, busy), so the Interviews & Reviews category consisted of more interviews than reviews. BIPOC representation increased site wide between 2-3% from last year, and I'll be looking to increase that percentage even more next year.
