Let's Talk Illustrators #207: Zahra Marwan
I feel so lucky that I caught debut creator Zahra Marwan at the very beginning of her picture book career, because it's clear she's going to be very successful at it. Her first book Where Butterflies Fill the Sky is an extremely personal tale about her own immigration from Kuwait to the United States with her family. There's so much love and heart in her words and her images, and I'm proud to share my conversation with Zahra here today about her process. Enjoy!
